We will try to ship your order the same day before 16:00 CET if it is on a business day. If we miss the deadline then your order will be shipped the next day.
All our orders ship from our warehouse in The Netherlands. We are located in The Netherlands.

**Only applies for orders outside of the EU union** Yes. We comply with international law by marking packages at full value. We will not artificially reduce values for customs. Our shipping quotes do not include VAT or processing fees. You are considered an individual importer for tax purposes.
If you, for whatever reason, are not extremely satisfied with your brand new product, you can return them within 14 days after delivery. Just simply email us at support@zuiver.one.
Changing shipping address is only possible before the package has been shipped. Contact support as soon as possible at support@zuiver.one if the given address is not correct.
Contact our support at support@zuiver.one. Bare in mind we have a small team and are experiencing high traffic in support. Normal time to reply is 1-5 business days.

deskmat related questions

For most deskmats it takes between 1 to 3 weeks when first unrolled.
Use water and a towel to clean small stains, the deskmat is also machine washable in cold water / gentle wash
